Nokia is launching another ASHA series mobile phone called Nokia ASHA 201. A QWERTY-equipped feature phone, the Nokia Asha 303 also comes with a capacitive touchscreen and a price tag that makes this device look very interesting indeed. The Asha 303 is a bit of an oddity, as are several other recent low-cost Nokia devices. Although this isn't a smartphone, it really pushes the limits of what plain old "feature phones" can do. It packs a relatively small 2.6" 240 x 320 pixel touch sensitive display, it has a 1GHz processor inside, and a 3.2 megapixel camera on the back, an FM radio, a media player and a microSD slot plus Bluetooth. • The final type is Bluetoothing which is just like social engineering; the hacker can use methods like harassment or luring the victim to fall his prey to his intentions.

2013 Ford Taurus Adds More Affordable Technology

Ford’s updating their Taurus for the 2013 model year to deliver even more refinement, efficiency and style than ever. More technology, improved craftsmanship and advanced driving dynamics are on board for the ride, too.

“We have significantly upgraded Ford’s flagship sedan through obsessive attention to detail,” said Mark Fields, Ford’s president of The Americas. “The new Taurus builds on the transformation we achieved in the 2010 model. Delivering so many upgrades so soon further underscores Ford’s leadership and commitment to delivering high-quality, fuel-efficient cars for our customers.”

 Fuel efficient? You read that right. Notable in the 2013 Taurus’s updates is the addition of a new 2.0L EcoBoost engine that employs turbocharging and direct-injection technology to turn out about 240 horsepower alongside fantastic mileage figures.

The standard 3.5L V6 should generate about 290 horsepower, and has now been fitted with Ford’s slick Twin Independent Variable Cam Timing (TI-VCT) technology for even better emissions and mileage performance.

Smart battery management, deceleration fuel shutoff and electric power steering help trim away at fuel consumption as well. A six-speed automatic transmission with engine-specific gear ratio selection will be standard.

Derrick Kuzak, the automaker's group vice president of global product development, said the styling tweaks were wholly influenced by the new Audi A6. Sure, the new front fascia and LED square around the taillamps are total Audi knock-offs, but what's important to learn from this is that Ford is using the A6 as its target for the Taurus, and with a host of updates for the 2013 model year, Ford's flagship gets one step closer to being an Audi alternative. 

Look for Ford’s MyTouch interface, advanced SYNC functionality and park assist technology as part of the package, too. A new heated steering wheel, multi-contour Active Motion seats, rain-sensing wipers and a rearview camera will also be on board.

Exterior styling tweaks include a more muscular hood, larger wheels and tires as well as revised rear quarter panels that enable the use of larger taillamps. Ford says that without altering overall dimensions, they’ve made the 2013 Taurus look more streamlined and sporty.
Class-leading safety features can also be expected, including a new ‘Curve Control’ system, which can automatically slow the vehicle if drivers enter a corner too quickly. As on the current model, adaptive cruise control, electronic stability control, blind-spot monitoring and collision warning with brake support will also be available.

By offering plenty of selection alongside the various 2013 updates, Ford’s working to ensure there’s a Taurus just right for any shopper. Heated leather seating and all-wheel drive further the model’s appeal to drivers in northern climates.

 The twin-turbocharged Taurus SHO receives numerous updates for 2013 as well, including larger brakes, a specially-calibrated steering system and an enhanced heavy-duty cooling system.

It’s called The Run. An illicit, high-stakes race across the country. The only way to get your life back is to be the first from San Francisco to New York.

No speed limits. No rules. No allies. All you have are your driving skills and sheer determination as you battle hundreds of the world’s most notorious drivers on the country’s most dangerous roads.

In Need for Speed The Run, you’ll weave through dense urban centers, rocket down icy mountain passes and navigate narrow canyons at breakneck speeds, all the while evading a relentless police force prepared – and willing – to use lethal force to take you down.

“The Run” has been the topic of lots of criticism, but after three demo sessions from EA Black Box, I am maybe not prepared to count this game out before its gotten started – and here are a couple notes about why you should not, either.

Even EA Black Box has admitted in my experience that focusing their teaser footage round the on-foot, Quick Time Event portions for the following Requirement for Speed was most likely not the very best move for his or her E3 keynote.

While the story goes from Bay area to NY, you will need to race in various scenarios with respect to the plot. Importance of Speed titles have not been walks through the park since Most Wanted hit consoles, so that as I have learned the hard way, The Run isn’t afraid to show your vehicle right into a smashed-up pancake.

Even the preview crew has trouble getting through races unscathed, as a five-minute course would usually just take us about five do-overs in half-an-hour. Still, Need For Speed: The Run rewind mechanic never feels as though a cop-out, since you will crash in the course of time, and some time you will not even understand it’s coming.
